Ingredients:

  • 12 premade cannoli shells
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese, drained
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios (optional)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  3. Fill a piping bag with the ricotta mixture and pipe into each cannoli shell.
  4. Dip the ends of the cannoli in chopped pistachios if desired.
  5. Dust with powdered sugar and serve chilled.
